Refund Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how NE Realestates handles refund requests for any fees or charges paid through our platform. As our fee structure is still being finalised, this policy is intentionally general — please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. General Approach

Where a fee or commission applies to a service provided through NE Realestates, the exact terms — including whether it is refundable, under what circumstances, and within what timeframe — will be clearly communicated to you before you make any payment. No fee will be charged without this information being shared with you in advance.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any payment made to NE Realestates, contact us using the details below as soon as possible, including your name, the payment details, and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually and respond within a reasonable time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Generally, refunds will not apply in situations such as:

  • A service that has already been fully delivered as described (for example, a listing that was verified and published as agreed)
  • A change of mind after a service has been provided
  • Circumstances outside our control, such as a buyer or tenant withdrawing from a transaction after it was properly facilitated

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. The specific terms applicable to any fee will be set out at the time that fee is introduced.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used, within a reasonable timeframe, unless otherwise agreed with you directly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We expect to update this policy once our fee and commission structure is finalised, at which point this page will include specific, concrete refund terms rather than general language. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
