3. Property Listings

When you submit a property for listing, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the property, or are authorised to list it on the owner's behalf
• The information and photos you provide are accurate and not misleading
• You have the legal right to sell, rent, or otherwise deal with the property as described

We may carry out basic checks before publishing a listing, but this does not amount to a guarantee of the property's legal status, condition, or ownership. Buyers and tenants are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

4. User Accounts

If you register an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5. Fees & Commission

A commission or fee may apply for certain services provided through NE Realestates, including but not limited to listing verification, promotion, or facilitation of a transaction. Any applicable fee or commission will be communicated to you separately before it applies, and no fee will be charged without your prior knowledge.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• List a property you do not have the right to list
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these Terms.

7. No Warranty
